The Blessings of the Season

In every passing season their is a moment of reflection.

It's a chance to be thankful for what we have and to count our blessings.

I'm Thankful for a loving husband who has grown to become a man of integrity...and the family that we created together.....

Thankful for the abundance that has been provided for us.

To celebrate with family.....

Welcoming the new life of a little one.....

Those special moments with good friends

And you.....

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm also thankful for my Mother who taught me to always laugh at my circumstances when life throws you a curve ball.

 Thanks mom

Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something,
for it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge,
because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes.
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary,
because it means you’ve made a difference.

It’s easy to be thankful for the good things.

A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who
are also thankful for the setbacks.

Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.

Find a way to be thankful for your troubles,
and they can become your blessings.

  1. OMGosh.. this made me tear up.. and those baby feet! Precious. Sounds like you have all the right priorities. With maturity {age} comes understanding of what matters most. Perfectly chosen words and beautiful images.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends.

  2. I completely agree with Leslie. This is a beautiful post, both the images and the thoughts. I wish I had known long long ago that nothing needs to be rushed, everything good comes at just the right time, and once we realize this life is so much better & sweeter. Happy Thanksgiving weekend to you...
