I have shells and coral displayed around my house and I love to use these oriental stands to display them.. |
I found this antique dish and filled it with corals, shells and crystals..its one of my favorite displays in my home. |
Baskets are a great way to display shells. |
For some reason I have a collection of these basket suitcases...not sure why I have so many, but I do! |
Julie, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Oh my goodness so appreciate the update. I have been thinking of you. My daughter broke her neck at the end of her junior year in high school. She did not have nearly the serious injuries your son has but she recovered fully and has a cadaver bone in her neck.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful he's getting better. Your family is in my prayers!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Charlotte
Oh my gosh you poor thing! He is a gorgeous young man and he looks strong so he will heal, you just have to stay strong along with him too! I used to be a ICN nurse years ago so if there is anything you need to run by me or confused about with his recovery please dont hesitate to email me. xo K

Thank you for the update. I've been thinking about you and your son, hoping for a good report.
ReplyDeleteHe'll have a long recovery, but the good news is that the medical methods and science are so much more advanced now than even a few years ago . . . I've had two major broken bones, so I know that healing is frustrating and takes time, but tell him it's worth it. Hang in there!
Julie, continued prayers for him and you all. I'm glad he is making progress. And thank you for these lovely vignettes. L
ReplyDeleteJulie,
ReplyDeleteI'm relieved to hear that your son will recover...I cannot imagine the worry and stress his accident has caused. I'll continue to hold good thoughts and send all prayers your way for his recovery.
I've always loved your style, especially the magic you do where vignettes are concerned. I love the shells and coral with the blue and white.
xo,
Karen
