ReplyDeleteThe patina look and touches of light blue look so pretty together. I hung baskets on my walls in the 80's too!
ReplyDeleteSometimes when I'm at work, I describe things as having a "patina" and I forget that so many people have no idea what patina is!!! ha! It's always a funny conversation when I explain that if you look it up it says "stains"! (c: hehehe...it definitely gives things great character, I'm a fan!
ReplyDeleteI am drawn to the lanterns used for lighting in the last photo - church sanctuary like in feel to me. In the first three pictures, the splash of turquoise adds a delightful touch of "aged copper"!

love the patina of "old" plaster and the worn floors along with the weathered and chipped/peeling paint finishes..add some rough linen and it's perfection...simply stunning...
